“Traumhafte Zeit am See”
+Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Toll ist, dass man sich Kanus einfach nehmen kann und rauspaddeln. Kleiner, feiner Wellness-Bereich. Wunderbare Lage am See.
−Bisschen mehr in die Ecken putzen.

“Lovely location with exceptional spa and great staff!”
+The spa is spectacular and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite was lovely and had everything we needed.
−The booking process for the restaurant was sub par. You need a reservation and when we tried to call to make one we kept getting a voicemail. We were not able to eat at the restaurant as a result.

“Relax getaway”
+Location and view the suit we got fully equipped They upgraded us from superior king room to one bed room suite I liked the coffee (to upgrade to dark roasted bean more coffee taste)and muffin in the morning
−I know it's end of summer season but only one restaurant one pool no coffee shop or snack bar. I noticed the unit need deep cleaning kitchen cabinet and drawers we couldn't use before washing and wipe the cabinets . The frig rubber on the door has mold . Need to pay attention to some cleaning to maintain it and keep in good condition . by the way the sectional was all stained

+Even though it was noisy outside (I was right above the restaurant) once I closed the door, I could barely hear anything. The enclosed balcony allowed me to enjoy sitting “outside” even though it was raining.
−I have no complaints about the property.

−The swimming pools are way to small and the reception person a man with glasses was not nice not very friendly and not at his place the service at the restaurant staff was excellent

+המקום ממוקם מצויין והיחידות נחמדות מאוד עם מרפסת נפלאה. מה טעון שיפור? המקום אינו מלון ולכן הצוות כמעט לא רלוונטי והפעילויות די מינימליסטיות. לדוגמה בחוף עם הסירות, יש מעט סירות, אין איש צוות וכמובן אין הדרכה וכו'. מכינים מקום למדורה לעשות מרשמלו, אבל כששואלים, נותנים לאורח מצית. לא כל כך הפריע לנו, אבל כדאי שאורחים יגיעו מוכנים. וגם הבריכות.קטנות.ולא משמעותיות
