−The sheets felt very old and stale, and their discoloured appearance made them look dirty and unhygienic. The floor in the room also felt unclean, which made the overall cleanliness of the accommodation quite disappointing.

+Spacious room. Split system quiet A/C not dependent on a key tag to operate.. Great shower head with plenty of hot water. A clean room. Top quality linen and towels. Electric kettle, microwave. Good lighting. Decent pillows.

−No lights working in bathroom. Rotting water damaged door and vanity in bathroom. Couldn't put blind up in bedroom. Bathroom flooded when you had a shower.
