+Room was clean staff was nice but I can hear the noise and the sound of people all night. Can’t stay this place if you like quiet. I probably will not stay here for future.

+This place is great. Comfortable beds and very clean. Super convenient for Rehoboth Ave. if you want to walk to things, it’s doable but most things will take 15-20 minutes to get to. The one major drawback is the noise from the road. The walls are not soundproof at all. Other than that, it’s great.
+The rooms are new, modern and the hotel is very close to the beach, great atmosphere, a lot of seafood restaurants, bars. Very safe to walk at night.
+What a great place to stay at Rohoboth Beach. The room was beautiful, very modern, clean & comfortable. Parking was right outside the room which I find so convenient. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff were friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

“Boutique in name only”
+We stayed here for a weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is newly renovated and advertised as a “boutique stay,” but the reality did not live up to the marketing. Our room was so humid that our clothes and suitcases are wet. We couldn’t sleep because the sheets were damp all night. I raised the issue both on day one and again before checking out. The front desk clerk eventually told me I needed to turn on a “dehumidifier option” on the AC; a detail that was never explained. On our first morning, the milk was so spoiled that even staff commented on how bad it smelled. It was never replaced during our entire stay, despite the property advertising “coffee service all day.” On day two there was no milk at all, and by day three we were told there was “no opportunity to order milk.” The “English muffin” provided was so stale it couldn’t even be split open and was hard as a rock. When I pointed this out, I was told it was simply the brand. Housekeeping is offered only every four days unless requested, which we understood. I requested on Friday that our room be cleaned Saturday, and again Saturday morning. Despite both requests, when we returned from

+Extremely noisy room from street traffic. Expedia said it included breakfast which wasn’t true. It has a coffee machine in the office that tells you to ask for milk for cappuccino or late but there was no milk available.
+While the hotel wasn’t bad the cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable. There was hair on the sheets with a lot of stains and a very dirty comforter. No one was available to come and clean the room and we weren’t offered a room change to compensate. We were asked why we didn’t check the sheets upon arrival since calling at 8 pm was too late! They provided new sheets for us to change the bedding ourselves, but no comforter was provided. Not what we expected from any hotel.
