“Great stay in Lisbon!”
+Great location, very nice & helpful staff, great designed and spacious apartments. Received the warmest welcome, the superior apartment is really big and comfy. Location is great with nearby bars, cafes and supermarket.
−Bathroom is a bit small compared to apartment size, however, was still okay for two people

“I will come back to Lisbon and The Verse is my home!”
+I had a wonderful stay at The Verse in Lisbon. Room G1 is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. From reception to the bar and housekeeping, every team delivered outstanding service with genuine warmth and care. The people really made the experience special. Overall, a beautiful hotel with an exceptional team!!!
−My only concern was the sound insulation between floors. I could hear guests upstairs simply walking around or moving their luggage, sometimes very early in the morning or late at night, which disturbed my sleep. However, when I contacted reception via WhatsApp, the team responded promptly and efficiently, addressed the issue, and the noise stopped. I really appreciated how they handled it.

+Excellent location!! The hotel was way beyond what we expected. The Garden Villa was perfect.
“Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff and great location”
+We loved the location next to lots of great eateries and boutiques. The rooms were large bright and airy. The staff were welcoming and the property was clean
−We didn’t like the bathroom, the bath had an overhead shower which caused water to fill the floor so you had to sit in the bath to avoid causing issues. The bed was too firm for both of us.

“Perfect stay, wouldn’t change a thing and 1000% recommended! Great location, amazing rooms, and cutest staff.”
+Everything! The location is PERFECT. It has so many cute shops around it, it’s quiet yet trendy. The rooms are spacious and so clean, and equipped with everything one could need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So so sweet! They helped us a lot to find nearby exchange places, transportation, even accommodated to our early check in and late check out 💙
−Honestly it was perfect. I wouldn’t even look elsewhere next time I come and will recommend it to anyone I know is visiting Lisbon.

“If i visit lisbon i will stay in the same hotel 👍🏻”
+Very comfortable, the stuff friendly, very safety , we forgot our appointment open door for few hours and when we arrived everything is there and no one entered!! Thanks tor everything.
−The only trouble we faced was the shower had no wall or curtain, so whenever we showered.. the splashes of water would fill the toilet floor.
