+Cet hôtel à beaucoup de cachet, énormément de plantes, magnifique et le personnel était aux petits soins.

+Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal dort zu Gast. Alles war wie immer hervorragend. Unser Zimmer hatte das Hotel anscheinend renoviert, obwohl letztes Jahr noch vollkommen ok zu sein schien.
−Safe war noch immer etwas fummelig, weil etwas zu klein, für unsere Tablet's, aber man bekam sie hinein und auch wieder heraus 😀 Meine Frau sagt, daß das Frühstücksbüffet zumindest für Thai's recht übersichtlich war (meine Frau ist Thai). Ich kann das Hotel aber verstehen, da die meisten Gäste keine Asiaten waren und daher ein kontinentales Frühstück mit einigen asiatischen "Schmankerln" probat scheint.

“Bien placé pour visiter Chiang mai”
+Le bâtiment et les extérieurs sont très sympa après une journée de marche , Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter la ville très rapidement
−Nous avons réservé un grand lit mais nous avons eu deux lits jumeaux Manque deux trois chaises longues autour de la piscine Peut-être refaire les douches

“Disappointing”
−Disappointing stay - major maintenance issues (photos attached) We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to serious maintenance and safety issues in our room. The pictures shown on Booking.com do not represent the actual condition of the hotel at all. Here are the main problems we faced: * Broken Door Lock: The room door lock was not working properly, which was a real safety concern. * Black Mold Near an Electrical Outlet: There was visible black mold right next to a power socket (see attached photo), which is both unhygienic and unsafe. * Wall Dampness: There were severe water stains and dampness on the wall (photo attached). * Bathroom Flooding: The shower drain did not work correctly, causing the bathroom to flood every time we showered. We expected a clean, functional, and safe room for the price we paid. I am sharing these photos so future guests can see the real state of the room. I hope the management addresses these issues soon.

+The Twenty Lodge has a beautiful garden setting, decorated with Thai style lanterns and banners. The people working there go above and beyond to help you, always with a smile. They are friendly and fun. The breakfast was delicious from the quality bakery goods to the Thai deserts. Our room was beautiful. We loved the elephant cushions, lamps and lights, and timber finishes. The bed was comfortable and everything was so clean. Thanks for making us feel welcome 🙏. The Twenty Lodge is a home away from home 🏡. We loved our stay ❤️

−Juste une chose à améliorer, l’odeur incommodante d’urine permanente dans la salle de bain. Peut être une installation des wc à revoir ?!

“Perfect pretty hotel with super friendly staff”
+Lovely hotel built with rooms overlooking a central boardwalk garden, very pretty. Lovely staff, accommodated us with massages at very short notice after a long journey. Breakfast was delicious too, lots of homemade.
