+Everything was perfect. There's no coffee pot. But the convenience store is a walk across the street. Besides that, super comfortable, super bargain, great service, perfect location!! I will be staying here from now on!!

+I liked that I could come in without having to worry about checking in at a front desk. Since I was traveling alone, the size of the room was just right. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and an extra blanket.
−I really would have liked to have access to some ice or an ice machine. If there was one on the property it wasn't visible or available. If there wasn't one on the property then it would have been better. And since there was no one at the desk I couldn't go and ask anybody.

+Perfectly clean and comfortable. The garden was beautiful to sit in as well. The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

+I didn't realize there was breakfast available. We left just about 8am. We found the bed in our room very comfortable and really liked the heavy sun blocking curtains! The landscaping is wonderful, wished I had more time to enjoy the plants.
−Husband said the air conditioner was loud and could have been colder but I didn't notice.
+Owners was great.
