“Wonderful hospitality, A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.”
+Everything about this hotel is excellent, from its location and the comfort it offers to the convenience of having multiple restaurants within the hotel premises. The staff are extremely responsive, courteous, and prompt in their actions. They ensure that nothing is unnecessarily delayed and consistently provide excellent service, whether at the reception, through room service, or at the restaurants and bar. Overall, the hospitality and service quality make the stay a very pleasant experience.
−The hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness and finer details. I had booked a higher-category room, but the passage leading from the lift to the room was messy and unclean, which did not reflect well on the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and washroom also needs improvement. Since it is an older property, more thorough and detailed cleaning is essential, particularly in overlooked areas such as the inner surfaces of bedside lamps and the corners of the washroom. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast menu could be refreshed from time to time, as the options tend to become monotonous after a while.

−Breakfast spread was not upto the mark. The dining area smelled weird. The bed cover provided was not clean.
+Very good hotel at the price point. We checked in late, but the restaurant was open, and the food was excellent. They very kindly agreed to a late check-out, which was convenient for us.

“Good for short stays but two in a family, would be very comfortable.”
+The breakfast was very adequate and the service was very good. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a full time car with us so the location seemed very good. the price seemed a little high because of the time of the year.
−The room was a little small for 3 persons. They had to remove the sofa outside the room to accomodate the extra bed.

+Der Service war sehr gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und gut erreichbar.
−Der Spülknopf von der Toilette steckte manchmal fest und man muss manuell diesen herausziehen, damit das Wasser aufhört zu spülen. Der Fön im Bad war defekt.
