“Clean, comfortable & conveniently located”
+Confortable, clean & pet friendly hotel. Great location, within walking distance to Roscoe Village & main roads. Local family-owned business a plus
−No complaints
“Great like usual.”
+Everything was great.
−Didn't really "not like" anything. It was very quiet. Not used to that 😆

+I liked everything about it almost
−Im blue collar so I work long hours . I didnt like that after 6 p.m. , after a long shift , when I went to take a shower there was never any hot water . Only time I had hot water was when I had a day off . Also there was barely any parking available and when there was it was a nightmare trying to get out in the morning.

−Bathroom door, faucet, toilet paper location
“Affordable, clean rooms, close to everywhere we needed to visit”
+We always try to stay at the Roscoe when we travel. It's a very nice place to stay and is especially nice since they have renovated all of the rooms.
