+Great location and very friendly staff.
−The windows barely open and it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room during August visit.
+The location was fantastic. The landlady was amazing . And big clean rooms
−Nothing
“Friendly place, great location”
+Perfectly placed for gigs at the Piece Hall, bed was comfy, shared bathroom was very clean and tidy, will stay again
−No private bathroom but this is reflected in the price so no complaints.
“Good stay”
+Good location for the Piece Hall. Spotless room/bathroom
−I thought the room needed a chest of drawers, which would give another surface to put things, everything else was spot on
“Nice stay”
+Location and friendliness of staff. Decor of rooms and bathroom was modern and stylish
−It's obviously an old building so the windows were in bad condition. I didn't realise it was a shared bathroom but this wasn't too much of a problem. Also it's obviously a working pub so be prepared for some noise until closing time!

+Comfy beds, spacious room for the price, clean shared bathroom.
−Very noisy until late but expected. Room very hot and only big light which made it a bit moody.

“100% be back!”
+Fantastic location, less than a 5 minute walk to the piece hall. The landlady Cheryl was phenomenal, nothing was too much for her! All staff were incredible and couldn’t do more for us if they tried

+Ideal location for concerts at Piece Hall. The pre-concert warm up was well attended by many but it was fun. The room and bathroom were in direct contrast to the pub below. Well appointed and clean. Would use again.
−No complaints
