“Good location and value”
+Great location just blocks from the Westlake rail stop and convention center. Gym on P2 was useful with treadmills, peloton, rower, and free weights. Very clean and friendly service.
−Coffee is only downstairs until 7AM. Walls are exceptionally thin and we didn’t have hot water one night- but that’s probably rare.

+Grande chambre
−Une personne de l’accueil n’est pas très accueillante. Pas de machine à café ou bouilloire dans les chambres. Pas de parking a côté de l’hôtel et ceux qui sont pas loin sont hors de prix !

“Comfortable room, except for the subway noise, with very helpful front desk staff.”
+The hotel is very conveniently located and has all the features a city hotel should have. We especially appreciated the very helpful staff who helped retrieve a lots item!
−The light rail runs underneath the hotel, and that means that there are periodic rumblings that can be felt in the room.

“No coffee”
+They did allow us to purchase an additional night valet service to leave our car there while we went to a concert across the dstreet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
−There was no coffee in room and that in the lobby was not available when the attached restaurant opened.
