+The friendly staff and the safe location. Everything is close, restaurant, shopping etc. René went extra miles to make our stay comfortable by providing the suite of our choice after confusion with the pictures that are uploaded to Booking.com website.

+Centrally located. While the fixtures and fittings are outdated, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard. Staff were helpful.
−Our room was located on the 1st floor, Facing the road and the car park. It was rather noisy at times. I felt it was expensive compared to other accommodation we stayed at during our trip.
