“Will be back”

−There was a smell of drains in the entrance hall which i mentioned when I checked out.

“Perfect location for a relaxing break”
+Perfect, quiet location set in beautiful grounds. Staff were attentive and welcoming, rooms were large and comfortable; our dog friendly accommodation was lovely. Outdoor bar was great. Food was excellent.

+The location, it is a beautiful property in beautiful grounds. The Suite we had was superb.

“I am booked to stay here again on Friday and looking forward to it.”
+I arrived much later than expected but they changed my dinner reservation from 7pm to 8.30pm with no quibble. Tapas dishes were just what I wanted for dinner and breakfast next morning was excellent. Really good bacon and mushrooms!
−Wish I had arrived earlier and could have enjoyed relaxing with a drink.

“Lovely stay but would have a different room next time”
+The staff and food were exceptional
−There was noise from dog kennels opposite our suite but luckily enough this could not be heard at night and only started again at 7.30am

+The staff are so helpful. We had a problem with getting into our booked accommodation so rang the Oaksmoor to se if they had a room. The receptionist Laura said she would talk to her manager and see what they could do. I am disabled so need a room on one level. They did find a room for us but by then we were able to access where we where staying. All staff are very helpful . The food is good. A huge breakfast.
−Our room. A junior suite. Two arm chairs no side table to put a drink on. The bathroom needed up grading .Especially the shower .We had no hot water in the morning although housekeeping said it was on. We ran it for along time . Hairdryer was broken. Replaced by housekeeping along with extra toiler paper. I do not think this room had been used often.

“Fabulous Food, great location and staff”
+Location - really Nice our rom was spacious and bed super comfy - food amazing !!
−Bathroom didnt have enough area to put cosmetics etc on. Tv very difficult to connect to and work. Could not find primary terrestrial stations and wanted us to log in on all apps - not great if you have limited tech knowledge
