“Great places to stay and I can’t wait to stay here again”
+I had a really nice day here and the room is small but very comfortable. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely stay here again.
−No good views from the rooms, but that doesn’t really matter because it’s in a great part of town and the room is really comfortable.

“It was a very mid-hotel but good for the price.”
+I liked the location of the hotel. It was right on the main street in Nelson. I liked the room in general. The bathroom was very modern and the water was nice and hot the entire time.
−Breakfast was not good at all. The choices were so slim. They said it was a "free continental breakfast" but it was extremely underwhelming. Total disappointment. The wi-fi didn't work on my phone at all. The receptionist was super nice and tried to fix it but not having wifi on my phone was kind of annoying since I was roaming the entire time I was there. The bed was not comfortable and the two pillows weren't either.

“Stay was good. Location is downtown and so it was very close to most stores I wanted to go to.”

−The only issues were that the towels didn’t absorb water very well, and the bathroom fan didn’t ventilate the steam effectively. As a result, the walls became wet, the mirrors fogged up, and the blinds collected moisture.

“Always a go to if needing to stay in Nelson”
+Stayed here before and love it. Great location - easy walk to restaurants, bars, theatres, beach and stores. Clean and staff always friendly. Breakfast is basic but fresh and good selection of offering with local coffee. Love that it’s a small locally owned and run place.
−I like the rooms but others may find them small and also be aware there is no elevator and all rooms on first floor.
