“Very nice with a few hitches.”
+Comfortable bed and great hot shower. Breakfast was nice.
−We never got the requested maid service and some breakfast items ran out and were not replenished. The $37 “Destination Fee” came as a surprise. Not sure what that covered.

−We booked a king suite and did not get a king suite, but rather a room with two double beds. I was charged for a king suite and did not get one.

+The room was nice.
−The heating was loud but did not work. The shower was awful. And there is only one tiny elevator. When I arrived, there was a massive bus load of people with loads of luggage who just arrived before me. They did several trips in the elevator and we were all queuing for 20ins or more to get to our rooms.
“This was just what I needed for a quick trip to DC. Great location with easy access to metro and restaurants.”

“Charming, Cozy, and Convenient Stay”
+The property is lovely and the surrounding area is very charming! Close to a lot of great spots in Adams Morgan and just a short walk from Dupont Circle. We loved the little happy hours with complimentary wine and snacks that the hotel offered too :p we will be back!
