“Would like to stay again for longer when the weather is nicer”
+Gorgeous place. Beautifully decorated with excellent kitchenette. Beautiful large bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and twin sinks. Extremely clean and well thought out. Philip was there and allowed us to leave our cases early. He also loaned my sister a cable for her iPhone. He is very polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay again without a second thought.
−Only minor issue was not being able to regulate the shower in the shower stall. The one in the bath was easily regulated.

“Central location”
+Loved the excellent use of space. The bathroom was enormous. Everything was well thought out and clean
−Parking!! As we booked last minute there was no option to cancel so after we booked we had a message to say all the parking slots were full. For 5 rooms there are only 3 parking slots. We parked in jubilee car park as recommended but with limited mobility due to knee ops this was not ideal due to how hilly it was.

−Sad to be in room 3 not 2... was much lighter and bigger with a table to work at, which would have been v useful :)

“Only one night but would be a great base for visiting Harrogate”
+Excellent facilities and very clean. Very close to key places

+Comfortable room with a large bathroom in a central location close to theatres and restaurants (and opposite the conference centre)

+Plenty of space. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good place to have breakfast. Met a cleaner who was very friendly.
−A bit tricky to manage the steps in or out in wet weather. Not possible to control the heating but they quickly responded when asked to turn it on.

“Perfect stay”
+Perfect location, easy check in, beautiful room and bathroom, cute kitchenette, quirky artwork, friendly hosts via WhatsApp and met a lovely gentleman as we left and even showed us the family room for a future stay as we' are expecting a little one.
−The pillows were a little hard for our liking but that could be our preference! Overall though, the bed was very comfy!
