“Convenient”
+Its location
−The maze to find the room
+Absolutely the best place to stay in Nottingham, right in the heart of the city centre, property had everything I needed and was so clean
−I liked everything about the property
−Sink in bathroom was broken, walls and skirting boards dirty with hand prints and what looked like blood, and a bug squashed above the front door.
“Almost functional, almost...”
+It was at least close to M&S food and a small sainsbury.
−There was no TV remote. So the TV didn't work. Even if they promised to remedy the situation, they didn't. The matress was truly awful and really needs to be replaced ASAP!! Don't forget to check your email for the lock box number. I didn't which resulted in numerous unanswered frantic phone calls which was A:my fault B:infuriating C:copious amounts of unrepeatable bad language! There was only 1 teeny tiny window.

−Only one towel, between two people. No batteries in the remote and it was very hot.

+There was nothing likeable about this place, the minute I walked in I knew I would not be sleeping there.
−As soon as I walked into the property, immediately I felt unsafe where I was. The smell of weed was everywhere in the building, rubbish bags were scattered all over and clothes/shoes as well. When you walked through the building you accessed the property via fire exit stair case which made the experience worse. When I walked into the property it was roasting hot with the windows not properly opening. There was marks all over the floor and the bathroom was tiny. The room did not look like how it was described on the booking at all. I will most definitely not be staying here again and will not recommend to anyone.

“Nice little Studio in a great location. Hosts need some work on communication”
+Studio was spacious and and the bed was comfy.
−There was no cleaning equipment in the studio like was stated on the message, also there was no cooking equipment for the 2 ring hob no mugs for something to drink and no response from the hosts to rectify this or the fact that the heater was showing an error.
