+Aside the late night band playing really loud music from the bar downstairs, it was a great experience. The staff were really nice and friendly. I'd give them an 11/10 if I could. Clean rooms.
+Excellent overall service..
+The air conditioner in my room did not work. I called them as soon as I checked in and they brought someone to fix it. That fixed only worked that night and it went back to not being functional the next day. I called two more times to have someone fix it. I got fed up and requested a room change which they said the hotel was full and they could not accommodate until the next day. The power went out in the room twice overnight. They again sent a worker to come fix the power but it was very disruptive to my sleep this was around 3 AM and 4 AM. On my last night they switched me to a new room or the AC was working and no power issues. I would not recommend staying here due to these problems. You have to call multiple times to get anything addressed, the customer service is not good.

+I stay at the Lilygate was amazing. The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. The was able to assist me with ride to get to another point. Any questions I asked they extended their hospitality to help. Manager is a great person. I came in a day later and had contacted the hotel and she responded by letting me my room will still be reserve for me. I appreciated the staff hospitality and support to make a stay comfortable as if I was home.

+Great property. Clean
+The hotel is overall OK. One major problem is the party at the balcony. It was very loud till late night everyday. Could not sleep quietly
“Very nice nigerian style”
+It was a good experience. The staff is nice and most of them well prepared. They represent the nigerian culture which is amaizing. Very nice facilities, and they're now remodelating to keep updated.

+The overall is good. Main problem was the room. The air conditioner was not working well and was also very noisy. They tried to fix it but still.

+Hotel above the average in the area. One of the few accepting cards. They have multiple social areas. Only maintenance should improve (showers, a.c.)
