+Close to where we needed to visit Family and Friends. Very close to bus stops.
−Bed is small. More like a king single not a double bed. Good thing Hubby and I are not big ppl. Front door very hard to open. Would stay again.

−So dirty and mouldy, the toilets were blocked and everywhere smelt of poo!! absolutely appalling. Cannot believe how much they charged for this disgrace and to then act shocked when I told them we could not stay!
+Great location for transport into Liverpool as well as exploring Bootle. Good value for money Exactly what it says on the tin, cheap comfortable room with a decent pub below
