“Comfortable stay”

“UNA VEZ Y YA NO MÁS!!!”
+Un poco la situacion del hotel.
−No me gustá nada, ya que me encontré en una habitación superpequeña, sin calefación, sin perchas en el armario, cuarto de baño usado y muy sucio, o sea, habitacion en general muy sucia, hasta con pelos en las sabanas de la cama y colchón con manchas. Además, dias antes hablé con el hotel pidiendo doble almohada en la cama y no se cumplió. Fuí a quejarme a recepción, y las chicas estaban comiendo hamburguesa con patatas y fue muy desagradable hablar con ellas en esas condiciones. Menos mal que me cambiaron a otra habitación, y el resto de dias de mi reserva, fueron algo mejor; pero nunca bien. Ya que no se hacen las camas y no se cambian las toallas hasta el tercer día. Tampoco se repone a diario lo que usas (café, té, leche, etc.), hasta el punto, que nos quedamos sin papel higienico. Un desastre!!!!

“HMO NOT A HOTEL”
+Nothing!
−Its not a hotel its a HMO! People in pyjamas, dogs, don't serve food. Its dated. Its smelly. Could only stay one night and had to relocate so paid twice! I would like a refund.

−One battery in the remote control No back to the remote control Staff couldn't even find a battery on reception how ridiculous. Staff look fed up like they didn't want to be there. Then the TV didn't work kept saying no signal. Ruined my staff stuck in with nothing to do all night. Not acceptable at all. Pillows really flat.

−The bathroom was in poor condition and the shower did not work. The bed was comfortable but too too low. The breakfast was poor and little taste.

+Amazing room for an amazing price, i would stay here again for sure. Comfy big bed!
−Was not thoroughly cleaned. Was going to tell someone on my way out as it wasnt enough to warrant a room change. However noone was around. Also dont like that its pin numbers to get into the rooms rather than a key card to get into the room. Bit of a safety concern for belongings if you were to go out. There is a latch to put on when in your room though.
