“Lovely quiet location”
+Location was premium. Spectacular views, quiet location and located close to everything you need and more. Bed is extremely comfortable, linens were crisp and clean. The games room is a nice fun addition. The key pick up is very clever and makes check in super easy. Low staff presence. There is a BBQ and hot tub in the court yard. Water pressure and temperature of the hot water is perfect!
−Upon entering the property there is a strong mold smell when you enter the room and also in the bathroom, the curtains don’t fit the windows properly so the light from the outside lights and the sun comes in the room easily. There is blood splatter on the wall next to the bed. Room is a lot smaller than it appears to be on the provided photos, ended up checking out one day early.

+Excellent economical quiet, although no staff about at check in, all arrangements made by staff to allow access after hours. We were only staying a single night, the facilities provided for a longer self catering stay would have been excellent

“The place was very clean, neat and tidy. The staff were very helpful, nothing was a problem!”
+The room was very clean. The staff looked after me the whole time I was there, I was also given clean towels every day, which to me was very important. The room I was in had a kitchenette, so having breakfast before I went out for the day was also great.
−The mattress on the bed was way too soft and very lumpy. The electric kettle leaked water a bit. The tea towels did not soak up the water when used to wipe up the dishes.

+Perfect location to the race track for Bathurst 1000 race. Parking at the rear of the building was excellent
−We didn’t see any people who worked there. So it was hard to interact with anyone for any questions or concerns. (We were there for 6 nights in total)

−the room was a bit small; there was a lot of workers staying there and they left their work gear on the front veranda which was probably better than taking it into the room but just looked a bit untidy.
