+I absolutely love this Hotel. So clean, comfortable and quirky. I LOVE the snacky snacks available at reception with zero judgement on how many mini gins and twix’s you buy.
−Only that the TV 📺 didn’t really swing around enough to watch but no biggie.

“Excellent stay.”
+Great location and comfortable rooms. This isn’t a normal hotel - more rooms but worked well for us as we were going out. The pantry is a cute idea for a little drink whilst getting ready .
−Parking could be a problem. We got the last space but the car park across the road was full in middle of the day on a Saturday.

+Comfy bed and good location
−No savoury options included in the continental breakfast option..ie ham, cheese or boiled eggs. A bit disappointed.
“It was fine since it was only for one night”
+We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was downstairs and the room had no windows. The hotel's location is perfect. A table lamp was broken and unusable. We had a twin room.
−It would have been better if the room was upstairs and not in the basement.

+Great location, comfortable and attractive room, pleasant staff, good value compared with comparable hotels in such a central location.

−Our room was right next to the dining room, therefore was very noisy when other guests were going to/from the area in the morning. In addition, there was a leak in our shower pipe (the water would come out sideways - looked like corrosion over time). That said, this didn’t affect how the shower functioned.
+Lovely big bed, stylish decor, fantastic breakfast, the continental had an excellent selection and the eggs Benedict were very good
−First room had a broken shower down, after waiting in reception for a good 10 mins the person on reception moved us to a different room which was an upgrade which was very nice of her to do. The shower door should have been spotted on cleaning it was quite dangerous. The shower tray looked like it had been painted black with paint and was quite tatty, the carpet was threadbare in places, the Aircon unit was noisy and the control panel had a light that wouldn't go out. Paint was peeling in some places, generally a bit tatty. The coffee was pretty bad in the room, the machine didn't work properly and took quite a few goes to get it to work. The coffee in the breakfast room was also pretty bad, very bitter and only gave half a cup per dispensing.
