−Very noisy. Didn’t get to sleep after 2am then at 6:30 am noise started again by bins being emptied

+Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen.
−Extrem laut bis spät in die Nacht, weil es gegenüber Pubs und Bars mit sehr lauter Musik hat plus entsprechend viele laute Menschen.

−The fact it was a nightub with no prior warning. No sleep til gone 1am. No facilities or reception staff. No ameneties. No extras. No frills. A lot of money for nothing good!

+It was amazing. Very comfy room. Clean. Safe. Great location. Just know it is above a pub and surrounded by pubs. Light sleepers may not be able to sleep.

“Great hotel, excellent location”
+Excellent room, alot of thought went into it with complimentary tayto and even down to the earplugs for the light sleepers, but rooms are well sound proofed anyway. Breakfast was fantastic too

“Cool place”
+Best location. Only 6 minute walk to Victoria Square shopping centre. Very comfortable beds. Lift was quick every time as it's only 3 floors. Goodish coffee. The shower gel was nice.. Usually hotel shower gels are yuck imo
−Room lighting was dim. The floors were hoovered but not clean. Clean socks were black after a very short time. The absolute worst thing for me was the flashing fire alarm right above my bed (room 207), it flashed very brightly every 10 seconds. It was very very annoying.
+Room was clean, spacious and comfy bed was SOO BIG and comfy 😊.. beautiful breakfast and lovely staff 💕 Great value for money and great location 👏
