+Our host, Greg is wonderful, very helpful and informative. The location is good. The house is welcoming and the bed is comfortable.

+It felt warm, peaceful, and very welcoming , almost like visiting family upstate. The atmosphere was cozy, the property had a lot of character, and it was a perfect place to relax

−Temperature fluctuations in the house- cold then hot. Had to find the thermostat in the owners private bedroom. Cold shower.

“Lovely home for a beautiful weekend.”
+I was attending a wedding at the Belhurst Castle in Geneva, NY. The residence was within walking distance. It was extremely convenient.
−It was my first time sharing accommodations with the owner present. Felt a bit strange but Craig was very kind, accommodating, and generous. We enjoyed our conversations with him and his neighbor, Joe. He offered wonderful recommendations for activities, wineries and restaurants.

“Not going there again”
+Location
−It was advertised as a hotel and had a sign as a hotel, but the owner was actually a house and the owner was living in the house, and the bathroom was shared with two other rooms. The ad was misleading, and another couple that was there had the same impression.
“Passable”
−the water for the shower was cold. The tables were all set so there was not a [lace to sit down and eat.

“Great location for anything happening at the Belhurst Castle or doing breweries/wineries!”
+The hosts were very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean.
