+Very convenient location, updated and very clean room, comfortable bed, nice grounds and pool, very friendly staff.
−My only thing I missed was the absence of a microwave in the room.

+We had a wonderful stay! The property is well maintained with gorgeous flowers along the short walking path to the rooms at the back of the facilities. Nice amenities included chilled cucumber water in the lobby, teas and coffee and a minifridge in the room. The rooms have tasteful decorum and are sizeable for a motel. Clean linens and well appointed toiletries. Has the feel of a grand hotel while keeping the cute extra touches of a family run business.

+The immaculate property with respect to my room, pool, outside activity areas for children and others. I will definitely bring our grandkids in the near future!

+Ideal location to explore the beautiful area around Wellfleet. Very quiet... if you get a room on the backside.
−The AC sounds like a Boing 747 on the runway.

+What is there not to like ?! Best motel our family has ever stayed. If you have kids , there a pirate ship for them to play on.. so many games throughout the property, I had to drag my 17 year old to leave the property. lol. Bike trail adjacent to the property right to Marconi Beach. Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary 3 min drive beautiful! The staff was ridiculously friendly. And hugest indoor pool I have seen with outside deck with loungers. The property lush with plants n trees. And set far enough off road traffic sound very minimal n can’t really see the road.

+Stanza molto grande con letto king super comodo e grande. Posizione comoda, arretrata rispetto alla statale con ampio parcheggio, alberi e zone verdi. Zero rumore e zero fastidi, parcheggio gratis nella proprietà per gli ospiti. La struttura ha anche una piscina interna aperta fino alle 21 della sera. Personale cortese e gentile, ambiente pulito e comodo. Ottimo wifi che prendeva benissimo, frigo in stanza sempre molto comodo. Colazione non inclusa, ma vicino ci sono diversi posti molti carini dove mangiare. Chack in disponibile fino alle 22 della sera - super comodo davvero

“Short stay but very pleasant”
+The staff was lovely. We got to pick up our keys earlier in the day, because we were gonna be home late. The bed was so comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a 2nd night to use the pool, and relax.
−.YouTube TV is needed. You get all the cable TV channels without having to pay for cable.
+The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The grounds offered a lot of activities for my family. The room was very clean and large.
−In contrast to how clean and updated the room was, the bathroom especially along the tub was dirty and some grout was missing. It just needs some new grout to be at the same level as the rest of the room. Also, the air conditioner was exceptionally loud, and it made it hard to sleep the first night.
