+Well sized room with ensuite bathroom, clean and tidy, no problem to self check in as arrived late
−A bit noisy when windows open as building located close to busy road, but not a big deal
“Lovely staff but loud humming noise”
+The lady on the phone was lovely and even upgraded my room for me to have my own bathroom. Explained the key card situation and was very helpful. Appreciated that a lot. The room was clean and tidy. Shower was nice.
−I unfortunately had to leave the hotel at 1am because there was a continuous loud humming noise coming from below. I struggle to sleep with any noise due to sensory issues, and it was driving me insane.

+Location was good for our stay and instructions on how to enter property and rooms was really clear
−Entry to hotel, no staff, alot of steps to our room, no bar facilities, no breakfast facilities, bed extremely uncomfortable, only 1 bedside lamp, 1 coat hanger, bright green light on in room all night, string to pull blind down broken, access to kettle behind TV nit good
“Good value hotel with friendly staff”
+Staff were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival at the hotel. The receptionist upgraded our room and gave us directions to suitable restaurants locally. She was also helpful with the storage of our cycles. The tv in the room was excellent and the WiFi was great too.
−Although our room was very clean with a good shower the mattress wasn’t too comfortable. It had a bit of a strange foisty smell in the room.

−Emergency light in room very bright
“A let down, expect the minimum soap etc”
