“Horrible! Disappointing! Bad Value!”
+The hallway but I don't sleep in the hall ways. There really wasn't anything we liked. One of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had staying at a boutique hotel.
−The property looks beautiful in the photos, but our experience in the King Suite was extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The room was so small there was virtually no space for luggage, with only about two feet on either side of the bed. The frosted windows offered no view, despite the advertised “garden or city view.” The glass-block wall behind the bed let in light that couldn’t be blocked, the bed was lumpy, and the heavily perfumed sheets gave me a headache. The bathroom was enormous by comparison, with the vanity oddly located in the bedroom. Two screws on the wall that once held a mirror that wasn't there. The entire space felt like an afterthought rather than a room designed for guests. There is one chair in the room and it was so wobbly that it was unsafe to sit on. There is no closet just a rack above the chair that has a blanket and pillow on it and the walls were all scuffed up. (See photos) I wish I could share the video. We knew breakfast wasn't included, but the nearest place to eat was a bit of a hike. There was a coffee service in the room but no counter space for anything. −It is not a hotel. It is an Airbnb that pretends to be a hotel. There is not any staff onsite, you access the entire property via codes, and the images on the website are misleading.

+Decor was modern and stay was superb. My father and son expressed their happiness with the aesthetic and comfort during their stay. Thank you !
“Beautifully designed room in a safe area”
+Self check in was a breeze. The hotel is very nondescript from the outside but beautiful once you get inside. The wall paper on the stairs reminded me of Suspiria. The large room was decorated in a fun, over the top sort of way. The bed was super comfortable and the room darkened enough to not wake at first light. The shower was large and tastefully designed....and having creamers for the coffee in the room was a great touch. Parking was appreciated but not assigned and I did get the last spot. I loved being walkable to Forest Lawn.
−The only reason I knocked it a star is the checkout. 10 am check out felt a bit like rushing the guest to leave. Standard is 11 most hotels (I travel a lot).

+The location was ideal for a weekend visit to Buffalo. Liked the quiet atmosphere and comfortable public areas. Enjoyed the art in the hallways, the public areas and in our room.
