+Great location, staff were very nice, gave us complimentary drinks and decorated the room for my mum's birthday. Really enjoyed the stay
−Room was a bit warm and aircon didn't do much to change the temperature, you can also hear doors slamming in the morning quite a bit, not the best for light sleepers but nothing crazy.

“Nice but wouldn't stay again.”
+The room was beautiful but noisy from 6am. Bins collected, work going on, was up everyday from 6 due to this. Staff friendly.
−Price of food, we actually dined in the pub across the street due to prices. If we hadn't selected bed and breakfast package we would not have eaten at the hotel at all. Cashless system, no option to use cash anywhere in hotel.

“Great stay. Would stay again.”
+Great location, friendly staff and immaculately clean rooms and public spaces. Bed very comfortable.
−Limited vegetarian dishes on the dinner menu. Would have been happy to stay in for dinner if there had been more choice. Our room was close to the security entrance to the floor and the door bangs when guests enter/leave. Soft door closure would be good so not to be disturbed.
