+The location is perfect for central blackpool. Only a short walk to coral island, sea front and tower. The hotel itself was very well presented with a lovely host Michelle. There was plenty on offer at breakfast time and also had luggage store for our cases on day of departure at our train wasn't till later on the day.
−For me everything was great my elderly mum complained the radiator wasn't warm but considering we were on top floor the heat rises and was warm enough. It's an age thing.

“Short stay at Celtic Pride Hotel”
+Michelle and her staff were all really friendly and we had the family room which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We also liked the tea and coffee facilities in the room and the breakfast was excellent.

“It was value for money and everything I needed was available to me.”
+The breakfast was very good and a lovely surprise to have fresh fruit which was delicious. Graham was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was good to have a hairdryer, heater, kettle etc along with wifi. It was situated in a good place near amenities, the beach, and coach drop off.
−The water from the shower was tepid so didn’t hang about in it too long. There was a staircase to climb but fortunately I was on the first floor (I have mobility problems at times) This is only feedback and not a complaint.

+Friendly host and property was very clean. Location was perfect.
−My only suggestion/negative feedback is to ensure your cooked breakfast is piping hot before serving. First morning our breakfast was luke warm and the second day the same and the beans were actually cold (had to ask for them to be reheated). Also, only had one cup of coffee the last morning (1st morning we were asked if we wanted a top up). But breakfast was plentiful and left with full bellies!
