+The ambience and location was great. You can see the clouds beneath you. The food was superb and the staff was polite. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean.
−Although the resort is fantastic but there is a need to maintain it properly like the garbage smell and need to trim the bushes. There were few naughty monkeys as well but they usually do not come near unless you have food with you in an open area. A kettle is a must especially in cold weather.
“A beautiful getaway with stunning views, amazing food, and a truly enjoyable stay.”
+Had a really good experience overall. The food was absolutely awesome, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, everything about the stay was quite perfect. A couple of small things could be improved: the TV positioning in the room could be adjusted for better viewing. Apart from these minor points, the overall experience was very good, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
−The room had a chimney/fireplace, and it would have been a nice touch if the staff had lit it with a few pieces of wood,it would have added an extra special touch to the experience. The bathroom could also be a little more premium, perhaps with a better bathtub and overall upgraded fittings.

“Good family stay”
+Rooms , food and staff were good .
−There were some areas in the room and property which were not maintained neatly & had dust / spider webs there .
“Excellent option for couples to relax and if travelling with kids.”
+The property is beautiful especially the suite rooms. The view was fantastic. There was a lot of engaging games, and activities for the kids. The evening live music jam was amazing. Food was great. The host were present personally during all the meals of the day to ensure we had a great time.
