“Never again”
+Location is perfect, owner was friendly.
−The host advertises the apartment as including free parking, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. However, after your arrival, he informs you that these services are unavailable and offers a discount instead, knowing that finding alternative accommodation in Budva during the busy season is very difficult. He claimed that the washing machine and Wi-Fi had been damaged by previous guests, but based on multiple reviews, these issues appear to be ongoing rather than temporary. Several previous guests have reported the same problems. In addition, the apartment was not clean upon arrival, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with fixtures appearing worn out and in need of repair. While the discount may seem like compensation, it does not make up for the fact that the apartment does not match its advertised description. It appears to be a recurring pattern where discounts are offered after arrival instead of providing the amenities that were promised. I would much rather pay the advertised price for accommodation that delivers what is listed than receive a discount for missing essential facilities.

“Great location and a fair price but nothing exceptional.”
+Location was great, getting in was easy. Owner and friend eventually helpful.
−Property was advertised with parking which on arrival, wasn’t the case. This caused us to have to park in lots nearby which cost us a fortune. Second bed wasn’t set up on arrival. Apparently booking for 4 people wasn’t an indicator of needing the second bed made? This was rectified after asking. Shower needs a bit of love. Didn’t drain well and shower head mount broken.

“Olağanüstü”
+Daire merkeze ve denize çok yakın bir konumda. Ulaşım açısından bana büyük konfor sağladı. Dairenin içi geniş ve ferahtı , eşyalar yeniydi. Temizlik konusunda da gayet memnun kaldım. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, hem transfer konusunda hem şehir olanaklarıyla ilgili baya yardımcı oldu.

−Das Apartment war nicht sauber, alles war schmutzig und nicht geputzt. Der Gastgeber war einmal nach meiner Anfrage zum putzen da, das war aber nicht ausreichend. Es hatte einen eigenen Geruch, seine persönliche Sachen und Kleidung waren im Schrank. Die Küche war sehr sehr schmutzig und hat gestunken.
