+Rooms are spacious, very warm ( I am a cold person), quite, massive bed and very comfortable
−My room faced the church and behind you could see all the heels and green. Sun was shining so the view as amazing.

+Staff were excellent as was the food. Very comfortable bed and v effective heating Lovely and quiet until guests start to wake up and move about. Great breakfast
−Double room was a bit on the small side but well decorated and comfortable

“Want to love it enough to return but would not be 1st choice to re-book. More than OK for 1 night.”
+Rhi when we arrived was exceptionally good and made us feel very welcome. Parking was great. Location very good for Raglan Castle visit and Raglan Golf Club. Room was a good size. Quirky / historical nature of the building very enjoyable.
−Hard to get a drink / coffee at the bar on arrival and felt unfriendly so we left and went somewhere else. Dark reception / stairs area. Squeaky / creaky floorboards above us and noise went on for hours (which we understand because it's an old property). Surly service at breakfast. Dirty areas in the shower tray.

−Had a phone call at 3.30pm saying there would be no full English breakfast as having a new floor laid in kitchen.

−Beer over priced like the food small portion more money not worth it. Food was different don't cater for people who have allergies. Basically over priced dairy allergies not catered for. More people have so many allergies now and they accommodate for them.

“I would book in this hotel again”
+Breakfast was very good lots to choose from
−I Thought my room would of been larger however being alone it was adequately the food restaurant was lovely staff friendly and helpful.

+Nice location and convenient for where I was travelling to and from plus a nice pub with noce friemdly staff and good food.
−A couple of minor things with the room but told the staff and they were on the case.

“Wonderful comfy Hotel with great food,service and proximity to, Raglan castle! Beautiful view from my room. Great stay!”
+MY 3rd time here! 2013,2017, 2026. LOve the rooms and the food here. And the proximity to Raglan Castle! My Favorite and first welsh castle I ever saw back in 2013. Also the parking is great! It’s very delicious! Had an extremely comfortable stay.
−Only thing that could be improved is newer mattresses. Other than that the stay was great!

“Nice hotel in a lovely village.”
+The hotel is situated in a lovely old building, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast choice was good and well cooked. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
−The room was not overly warm and it would have been nice to have had the central heating available. Except for fire instructions there was no other information provided in the room, for example it took some while to find the switch for the electric towel rail which was hidden in the wardrobe.
