+Location is excellent for the train station, and town amenities.
“Nice stay”
+Great location, lovely friendly host, good communication with lots of info on the area. Lovely little bar next door.
−Not somewhere we would normally choose to stay but was OK for the money and location

“Comfortable Stay Within Easy Access To Everything”
+A lovely host. #A highly convenient location for non-drivers. Comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed for a short stay.

“Just relaxing and beautiful”
+I slept well and woke up on time. The room was well heated and beautifully decorated and I am so glad I stayed there. Also it is on a bus route.

“quiet and comfy 2 nights.”
+Friendly people ... very clean, great place to stay. Will be staying there again. Quiet and comfy and close enough to a bus route to get into grimsby , or if you fancy a walk on the beach or a nice shopping road its 2 mins away.
−No pillo's and the shower head didn't fit on the shower , apart from that i had no issues what so ever, They where little things that should not take away anything from this place at all
“A pleasure to stay”
+The welcome, the room and the location were excellent.
