“Berlin meine Heimat”
+Also es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,sehr modern eingerichtet und wo findet man heute noch einen Teppich im Hotel Zimmer,großer Wohlfühlfaktor. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
−Wir sind mit den Öffentlichen angereist und dad Hotel war nicht leicht zu finden,sehr versteckt dafür sehr ruhige Lage. Personal sehr nett,Frühstück könnte noch ausgebaut werden,für die Anzahl der Gäste hatte das Buffets nicht ausgereicht..

+Nice design of room. Quiet. Nice area. Fine for 2 nights.
−Location a bit far. Staff at reception had no clue about local transportation or local places to eat. Window had been left open upon arrival late evening.

+Freundliches Personal, einfacher Check-in und -Out, geräumiges Zimmer, gutes WLAN, solides Frühstück, ruhige Lage (den Lärm den viele bemängeln kann ich nicht bestätigen), gute ÖPNV-Anbindung
−Fußbodenheizung ballert ordentlich, so dass man kurze Hose und T-Shirt braucht. Trotz Nullstellung herrscht eine hohe Temperatur im Raum, insbesondere im Badezimmer. Wer es nachts kühler braucht, der muss mit offenen Fenster schlafen... Der Heizkörper (Handtuchhalter) im Bad benötigt mal eine ordentliche Säuberung , kostenlose Parkplätze im Wohngebiet erfahrungsgemäß Glückssache

+Das Zimmer war sehr gut . Es war alles sauber und eine schöne große Dusche. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen war das Frühstück! Es gab nur Mohnbrötchen und Croissant. Der Kaffee war viel zu wässrig! Für 11 Euro kann man auch beim nächsten Bäcker frühstücken. Fazit : Übernachtung gut 👍 Frühstück schlecht

“Would stay again.”
+Staff was really pleasant. Parking was easy. Room is big and nice.
−We didn't like the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were some hair on the wall of the shower cabin. And the shower head can be replaced. Small improvments on that side.
+Great location, reasonably priced, adequate room size, friendly staff, great coffee at breakfast.
−Room was very basic, not even a water boiler. Vending machine out of order the full week, and the other one which was working wasn’t restocked to compensate. Breakfast very basic. Bar was not well managed. Ran out of things and not restocked the whole week. Was wondering if there was a manager on site at all that week for the whole facility? Almost the feeling of a college dorm.

−Keine Parkplätze. Absolut behindertenunfreundlich. Spartanisch möbliertes Zimmer. Dusche könnte mal wieder entkalkt bzw. entrostet werden.

“Spacious room, great location”
+The room was big with a super comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. All the facilities were in good condition and spotlessly clean. I loved the location. It's not central, but very quiet and close to several parks - I had an enjoyable morning run. At the same time, transport links are good: the underground is a 10-minute walk away, and there's a shopping mall within walking distance too.
