“Great rooms, great price, great location, horrible check-in system and overbearing process for it.”
+Great location, clean and easy parking. Cold Air Conditioner. Great communication from the staff. I'll stay here again.
−Check in process is overly complicated and there was an issue on their end the day of check in with my Chase Ink biz card. This was on Monday, the day of check-in and was very stressful.

−The code for door entry wouldn't work. No staff on property to assist. Only texting for assistance. Spent 2hours trying new codes they sent. Finally were able to unlock the door. Next morning we luckily checked to be sure code still works before leaving for the day. It did not. Spent the morning trying new codes they sent us. Finally one would work. This issue was an extreme delay for the day and missed out on some of our plans because of not being able to leave because we'd be locked out. There should be someone available to come to the property to assist issues.

“I would not recommend this place to anyone.Strong odor. No one on site. Thin walls.”
+I would not recommend this place. Terrible. Air conditioner loud and musty. Too cold. Sign says not to turn off. Just getting back home and I have to wash even my clean clothes because of the musty odor. There was no one on site. Had to go back and forth on emails. Most of the time said cannot respond. The walls were paper thin. You could hear peoples conversations very clearly. So loud the people next door came in a 1 am and they woke me up just having a conversation. They said make sure you remove the trash. I didn't leave any behind. I arrived an one early and asked if I could get in? This is one of the few times they responded. They said sure, but it is $100.00 to go in early? The odor was so bad I spent most of the time outside. I have a cpap machine that also smells now. This was room #4. The ratings I read were very good. Someone is not telling the truth. I would probably use booking.com again, but I would like a full refund for my stay. They said near the end how was everything I said it was fine and thank you for fear of losing my deposit.

+We had a very comfortable stay at Tequesta Palms Inn. The location is excellent,it’s just a short drive from beautiful beaches and within walking distance or a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores, making it very convenient. The biggest advantage is the value for the money. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in the area, it’s hard to beat.
−The property is older, so there are definitely some improvements that could be made. We had a few issues with the toilet, and the air conditioner was quite loud. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, that might be an issue. However, considering the price, these weren’t deal-breakers for us.
