“I was pleased with the quality of the room and it was reasonably priced.”
+The room was very clean and cozy. Many attractions, entertainment and restaurants nearby. The best was that they are pet friendly.
−The room we stayed in didn't have a phone. Rooms could use a phone.
“The road noise was unbearable”
+Adequate size and close to downtown, maybe too close.
−This is a hard thing to resolve, but I’ve never stayed anywhere with more road noise. Good luck falling asleep here.

+The price I guess was ok
−The place had a smell to it, the floor had water leaking in the tiles somewhere. Only a couple outlets to charge devices and away from the bed. Races cars on main st all Friday and Saturday night.
“Avoid at all costs”
+Very little positive. The shower water was nice and hot.
−Let's start with the obvious: It's rather run down and more expensive than the Motel 6 on the same street. There is no microwave or desk. The heating/cooling unit is loud and janky. The showerhead was stuck on one terrible setting that sprayed in an aggressive uneven manner. The sheets had a stain. The whole place feels kinda low class, as there is trash in the parking lot and what appeared to be prostitution taking place. The office isn't regularly staffed and was not air conditioned. It took at least 15 minutes to get service when I tried checking in. The TV service was very hit or miss, due to what I'm assuming is a bad internet connection. The location right on Washington may be convenient in the day if you're walking or taking transit, but be prepared to be up late with obnoxious whining crotch rockets and loud revving engines driving by. Also, "temple view" is a stretch - the temple was down several blocks - not like across the street. Oh, and one last thing - the wall outlets are so worn out it was hard to get a phone charger to stay in place or connect well enough to function.

“Never again”
+It was old and wore out, they sold my room but gave me another suite. Staff was nice, and helpful.
−On a busy main street with drag racing, and prostitutes.
“I CHECKED OUT AFTER ONLY ONE NIGHT STAY. PROPERTY WAS TERRIBLE”
+DID NOT USE THE BREAKFAST
−NO HOT WATER, SLOW DRAIN IN THE SHOWER, BARE-BULB LIGHTING FIXTURES, NO TELEVISION, FIRE ALARMS HAD BEEN TAKEN DOWN, WAS CHARGED A $100 AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT.

+The place was easy to find, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable with ample space to move around in
−I had to pay a Deposit at the beginning of check in and never got my money back. And when I tried to call the to talk to someone about it no one answered the phone.

“I survived, so, I guess it wasn't too bad ;/”
+The parking was okay
−The room was very dirty. I ‘think’ the bedding was clean, at least that’s what I kept telling myself There was no co-ax cable to the TV, so the only option was Google TV. I ended up just using my phone and iPad for entertainment, the wi-fi worked well There was some old gum(?) stuck to the floor There was a big ol’ dried up loogie in the bath tub. I had to use the wash cloths and body wash to scrub out the bathtub before I dared use it There was a half a roll of toilet paper, luckily, I was alone, otherwise I’d have to get more The (tile) floor was extremely dirty, I wore slippers the entire time and they were just black on the bottom… yuck! If you stay here, I would recommend bringing: Co-ax cable and tools for the TV so you can watch local news, shows, etc. Bring lots of cleanser and other cleaning supplies Maybe bring some extra toilet paper Bring your own coffee maker, coffee, cups, etc. Bring plenty of wash cloths, towels, scrub sponges, etc. to clean the room Make sure you bring something to wear on your feet. The floors are extremely dirty. Try to not touch anything
