+The hotel has a good location and nice surroundings, but that was basically the only positive aspect of our experience.
−Unfortunately, our stay at Tea Harvester was very disappointing. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and despite reporting the problem, nothing was done about it. We also found a large spider in the room. The bathroom itself was in poor condition, with dirty walls and visible stains and marks from moisture. The swimming pool was very dirty, but the fountain was even worse , it was extremely dirty and clearly neglected, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. Breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few guests staying at the hotel, yet the breakfast table looked almost empty , at one point there was literally one slice of toast bread left, next to a dirty toaster. With such low occupancy, it is difficult to understand why breakfast could not be properly prepared and replenished. Finally, we were told that we could not pay with an international card, even though I had provided my card details through Booking.com when making a non-refundable reservation. This created yet another unnecessary problem at the end of our stay. What makes all of this even more disappointing is the very high price. The rate was comparable to

+Beautiful location, the younger staff were nice and the breakfast was good
−Most of the facilities listed in the property description do not actually exist- no spa, fitness centre, billiards, bicycle hire, barbecue, second restaurant etc. We were told we couldn’t use the pool as it hadn’t been cleaned. The sink tap in our room was broken when we arrived, we contacted reception about this and they made no effort for it to be fixed, so we had to wash our hands in the shower. Very unhappy with this experience.

“Highly overpriced, poor amenities and maintenance”
+Location and the amenities they faked in booking.com
−No proper maintenance and highlyover priced compared to other apps. Hotel Management Took 2 hours to respond to our issues. No hairdryer, fridge was not working, bathroom mirror was horrible, no telephone given to contact reception. Parking was under construction, fish pond was smelly.
“Our Colonial Home”
+A beautiful hotel nestled in tea plantations. The front door looking at tea fields, while the back deck was pushed into the rainforest, with amazing birdsong. Front desk very helpful. Thankyou

+Schönes Hotel an einer Teeplantage mit freundlichen Zimmern und Balkon mit Blick in die Natur.
−Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war enttäuschend und Frühstückangebot sehr einfach.
