“Beautiful property and very courteous staff ,Food, Pool ,Jacuzzi, the interiors all Topnotch”
+Beautiful property and very courteous staff, took care of check in for my aged mother without hassle, and kept checking on her too. They told her important events happening like Lighting the lamp, music shows etc and offered her to tour the property untill the rest of us arrived. Lift man, door man are extremely courteous and make sure they help you with luggage, cab etc and keep greeting you every time. The chef took extra care when we mentioned mom eats only Jain food and prepared special Channa masala and Poori and brought to us during breakfast Buffet!

“Terrible attitude. Definitely not TAJ standards.”
+We visited Taj Krishna on 22 August and again on 29 August, and unfortunately both experiences reflected the same fundamental problem: a serious lack of basic hospitality and service coordination. On 22 August, our order was taken and we waited around 20 minutes, only to then be told that the items were unavailable because the tandoor was closed. This should have been communicated before taking the order. We were then forced to change our order and go with Italian food. We returned on 29 August, hoping the previous experience was an exception. Unfortunately, it was even worse. At around 3:10 PM, we ordered Dal Makhani. One of our guests wanted Chilli Garlic Noodles, and we asked if it could be arranged from elsewhere in the hotel. We were simply told that it couldn’t be done because “we have rules.” We then ordered Kaju Kebabs, only to be told those weren’t available either. To add to this, our order was subsequently got wrong and a completely different pasta was prepared. The handling of the entire situation by Ashray was particularly disappointing. There seemed to be very little understanding of what hospitality actually means , listening to the guest, taking ownership, offering
