“Escapada Romántica de cumpleaños”
+Las habitaciones están muy bonitas y limpias, vale la pena para una escapada romántica. Tienen una tina y nosotros reservamos con Alberca privada. La atención de Valeria muy buena. Nos recibieron con una botella de vino y una carta personalizada. Exelente detalle para mi esposa.
−Que no tenga restaurante. A pesar de que tienen las instalaciones no están habilitadas. Fuera de eso todo excelente

−Far from the downtown or a beach. Restaurant works only tik 16:00pm from 8:30am

+The setup and ambience were great. The location is good too as it is near to beach via car. Every detail in room was pretty good. The private pool adds to the charm.
−The shower and bath tub in room make it a bit difficult. Water goes on floor and some mats need to be kept to keep the room dry.

“Decent enough for the type of vacation we wanted”
+A beautiful, low-key relaxation vibe
−Abysmal surrounding roads/streets. Property bikes were poor quality and not enough to go around. The on-site restaurant closes at 3:30. plunge pool is shin-level, more like a toe-dipping pool.

−The front desk guy was extremely rude and full of lies. He urged us on WhatsApp to pay online in advance because they don’t accept credit card and the hotel has no signal. When we arrived he wasn’t able to charge us online, and claimed that “I’m not teaching you how to use your phone”, “This is Booking’s problem, not my problem”, “We are not in New York”. He was condescending to us the whole time while we tried to figure out how to pay through booking. Avoid this place at all cost. Also the location was horrible, the restaurant in the hotel closes at 3pm.
