“Encantadora”

“A beautiful Alpine stay with an exceptional location, although the experience was somewhat inconsistent in terms of serv”
+I really enjoyed the excellent location and appreciated that the manager personally arranged a room change for me.
−What I didn’t like was that some rooms are completely outdated and in need of renovation. The attitude of some staff members felt slightly arrogant and distant, and it seemed that unless you were considered a top-tier guest, you didn’t receive the same level of attention or personalized service.

“A few days in St.Moritz”
+This is a splendid property, where the service was great, the location spectacular, the food excellent. Every member of the staff was extremely nice. Wonderful breakfast, and fantastic spa. Access to the Corviglia mountain side was very convenient with the chair lift walking distance from the hotel (lift and public transportation passes were included in the price of the room)
