“I would stay here again”
+Great location, cheaper rates. Friendly staff, Surprisingly quiet. The heater was even quieter than most.
−Very outdated. Bed was clean, but not very comfortable. Water pressure for the tub was not very good, but it worked. Honestly, don't want to complain. I would stay there again, passing through. The price was right.

“Nice location”
+Friendly staff, reasonably priced & great location.
−Bed could have been more comfortable and due to the convenient location there was a lot of traffic noise
“Clean, comfortable, and affordable”
+The room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but very affordable. The room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, and lots of seating--two comfortable chairs in addition to the desk chair. The motel is located right next to a good Chinese restaurant.
−The hotel is on one of the main streets through Grants Pass, so there was a lot of traffic noise (which is to be expected, not the fault of the hotel--just something to be aware of).

“No early check ins.”
+The extra pillow, microwave, and refrigerator. The water pressure dripped out the poorly installed shower facet. Beautiful view out the shower window! The pet deposit was surprising, however, it came to be very reasonably priced. Thank you.
−The middle door lock didn't latch, more over the top lock was missing from door. Water was mitorocur to warm temperature.
+Exceptional service
−Nothing
