“Not bad, good enough”
+Clean, and came equipoed with fridge, freezer, and microwave. Recycling bins avail on property. Nice Asian restaurant next door (not just sushi, unlike its name ;) Checkin fine and host was nice.
−Bed was too soft, had trouble sleeping. Room too warm without it being hot outside; guess not enough ventilation - had to turn on AC in October. No cup or glass in bathroom for brushing teeth. Towels could have been softer and whiter.
+It was cheap and clean.
−Dated, not well organised. Staff very helpful and pleasant but owner needs to get a grip on standards. Beds looked like a five year old had made them, only one cup when we eventually found it. No provision of beverages, even a cheap motel does that today . Towels thin, whole place looks tired.

“With some decent bedding, I could’ve overlooked the things that were wrong with the room”
+It was a place to stay for one night .. expectations were not high . Tried to charge us $169 before I told her we were booking with BDC . Plus points they let us bring our small trained 10 lb dog
−There was only one pillow each and some weird blanket . A picture above the bed that kept moving . A weird plug in light hanging from the ceiling that didn’t look safe . Bathroom was so tiny and no fan . A note asking you to open the window after you shower . For 169 plus I would have been upset but hey it was one night . We chose it based on the location.
