“Had to argue to even get a room even after I emailed them I would be arriving late. Facilities at super 8 were ok. Lots”
+I messaged the property about a late arrival. We arrived at around 1am. They were locked up. I called the number and he said I was too late. I told him I already paid. He was upset. He told me I had to come to super 8 motel if I wanted a room. We went over there and he handed me a key. No paper work. Weird.

“never again using Booking.com”
+I am not at all happy with the motel nor Booking.com. When I made the reservation I received an email from Booking.com that the motel had to guarantee availability. I called in the morning and was told I would receive a call back which I never received. We live 3 hours from the motel so we decided we better cancel the booking. Upon that request, both Booking.com and The Sundown motel declined to refund my money. I notified Booking.com that I was willing to pay a penalty as long I could receive some sort of refund and I have not heard back from Booking.com

+We were given two separate rooms because our original room was freshly painted and the smell was still noticeable. Very nice place would definitely stay here again, no breakfast or ice , but the gas stations open late and have snacks and ice.

+I had booked wrong check-in date but didn’t realize until we got there, they were very accommodating and there was no extra charge. Would recommend,Comfortable bed.

+Room was quite fine but there was no one at check in. Rang the bell 3 times then phoned. When person came, they couldn't speak english so had to do check in through a phone. Didn't give us wifi info. Noisy with trains across the street.
