“Brilliant”
+This property exceeded our expectations. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly. The taxi driver dropped us at the wrong tower and the attendant made it his mission to take our bags and us to the correct one. The room was absolutely fantastic and they went out of their way to show us every convenience in the room, everything was perfect from the free mini bar to the turndown service and even the box of Maccaroons they delivered the night before our departure. This is where we will always stay on future trips
−It was a little bit easy to get lost in the hotel, but we figured it out after a day

−The walking to many locations are abit like 3-5 mins walk , so if one is tired after a whole day of walking outside , may not wana walk further hahaaha

+The rooms are very cool, modern but with a zen twist. The location is great and easy to enjoy all of the night life and shopping around studio city. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
