“Overall ok, but could have been a better experience.”
+Good Location and courteous staff. Generally good food, but limited spread for a buffet and would be better to have more variety including some healthier options. Some of the activities, should not be chargeable. However, the bonfire and activities were a lot of fun.
−Room service and house keeping look ages and required repeated follow ups (luggage during check-in and check-out, water, towel and bedding requests), quite a long wait at the time or check-in and check-out, damage to car in parking from things falling from trees and no service available for car wash.

+Location
−Old rooms that need renovation. Also, less value for money - no valley view most rooms
