“Completely disappointed.”
+NOTHING. The price online seemed to be good, but was too good to be true upon arrival. CANCELLED stay without getting money back as it was dirty and did not meet hotel standards.
−Did not stay at the establishment as it was not at all what was described on the website. It had several broken-down vehicles in the parking lot and was dirty on the outside. Balcony space and doorways were cluttered with garbage and boxes like people are living in the hotel full time and not cleaning up after themselves. Did not feel safe. Drove 40 minutes to a clean and safe hotel.

−Cuando el parques interior del hotel está lleno, hay que parqueadero en la calle. Lo bueno es que siempre hay espacios disponibles en la calle, sin restricciones de horario ni de dias.

+Stefani at the front desk was AMAZING! Friendly and personable. Very quiet!
−The toilet seat was broken completely through. The towels were small and non-absorbant. Definitely an older building, but some financial attention to detail on the owners part is necessary.

“Reasonably priced, clean, friendly, and comfortable”
+The room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had a kitchen. The property is old and is being improved each year. I felt safe staying there.
−There was not a restaurant close by for breakfast.

+We had a room with a full kitchen!
−It was fine for what we needed. The freezer door was broke so it was a little bit of a pain to get in and out of the freezer and it wasn’t super cold.

“Safe, dog friendly budget hotel.”
+Managers were friendly and helpful, and even assisted me with carrying luggage to my second floor room upon arrival. Much appreciated. Hot showers. Dog friendly and neighborhood felt safe and walkable with a couple of parks within two blocks distance.
−Interior room lighting was poor.
