“Okay”
+Breakfast was good
−The elevator was broken and we had to carry our baby, luggage, and stroller up/down the stairs to the 3rd floor. Shower curtain smelled moldy and stunk up the bathroom

“10 out of 10! Courteous staff , Large and Lovely Room”
+The moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and courtesy. My room was located right off the lobby, which was fine with me since I was traveling alone. The room was huge two queen size beds, and a couch that I believe pulls out into another bed. There was a desk and also a coffee bar and a microwave. The bathroom had a tub and a separate door from the sink area so someone could get ready at the sink while someone else is showering. The rate was $160 a night and it could easily sleep five people. Last time I was in Madera I paid $230 at another hotel, which was nice but nothing like this! I will be back the next time I visit the area. There is a new casino in town; North Fork Mono Casino is just a short 4 miles away. Very easy to get there! The casino is gorgeous! Treat yourself and stay here!
−Everything was perfect!

+We travel early in the morning (4 AM) and have a young daughter. The Front receptionist went above and beyond to make sure we had snack for the road. Truly appreciate this service.
