−Had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive to check in. Place was run down, Not very clean, smelt bad.
“Different adress, not fair”

−I booked and paid for this apartment with the official address listed as 9 Weiner Leó utca for a 7-night stay, but at 11:00 PM the night before my check-in, the host informed me via the Booking.com chat that the actual location was at 28 Dohány utca. Because the notification came with less than 24 hours to spare, it was impossible to cancel and find alternative accommodation for 7 nights on such short notice, so I had no choice but to stay at an address entirely different from the one advertised.

−facility picture what we see in the website is totally different when we see physically
−Alles is gedeeld, alleen de slaapkamer niet. Op de deur van de slaapkamer zat een zeer slecht slot.

“Niezadowolenie”
−Wszystko było nie tak, adres nie ten, dramat , Po kłótni dopiero dano nam ciut lepszy pokój gdzie to nie było to co na zdjęciach.
−The host didn't show up at the agreed time. I called him on the phone (we called from two different numbers, to make sure) he didn't pick up. I wrote on the booking platform, no answer. I waited about half an hour, and then had to book something else. Contacted Customer Service (it's pending). A few hours later I received 4 calls within one minute, from a number that was not associated with the property (on booking's site), and then a message from the host, telling me that he was there (allegedly, somebody was checking out in the afternoon), and called me so many times, and that he doesn't understand why I didn't call him (well, I did). I cannot decide wheter or not this is a scam, however, in the building there was nothing that would indicate that this place is there.

“Value-for money in an ageing Art Nouveau building in a convenient location”
+Location was great and the ageing Art Nouveau details. Having a kitchen (though not fully equipped). Window to the street. The price was good and the mattresses too.
−We are early risers and having people sleeping in the living/dining room meant it was hard to prepare and eat breakfast without disturbing them. The kitchen was ok but only one plug-in cooktop worked and there was only one same tea towel for three days for the many guests.

“Exceptional”
+We stayed there in mid March 2025 for 3 nighs. The location was perfect, almost in the city center, reachable easily by bus 100E from airport. It was clean and quiet, with kitchen necessities for cooking. Also I really liked the different types of drinks available on the table (tea and coffee). Self check-in was really convenient and we entered the house without delay. Overall, it totally worths the money.
