“Ok”
+Location good
−This is an excellent stay for two people who sleep together. Not for 2 who need separate beds. The extra bunk bed supplied was comfortable but took up too much space and impeded access to the cupboard and made the space crowded.

“A very nice place in Orpington”
+Very friendly owner greeted us and took good care of us. It is a beautiful place with a spacious room. Only a few kilometres from Darwin's Downe House. This is really worth a visit.
−The bed could have been a little bit larger, but it was not a big issue
