“Praise and recommendation for excellent service and friendly service at the reception.”
+We would like to highlight and praise the excellent service at the Soncho Hotel, the quality meals for breakfast and dinner, and especially the kind and friendly Mrs. Nina, the receptionist. She made every effort to find and deliver a personal document that we had inadvertently left at the ski center. Her professionalism, kindness and willingness to help the hotel guests deserve a nomination for the Tourism Employee of the Year award.

+Great place to stay in Gudauri. The breakfast is verry good with, eggs, cheeee, pastry etc. the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

“As we said, the service and location were very good. We really appreciate the service we received from the hotel staff.”
+I liked the service we received at the property. The staff was really nice and helpful. Close to skiing, two minutes from the place.
−The downside to the property was the beds. We had back pain because of the mattresses, which were not of high quality, and to be honest, it affected our continued enjoyment of skiing. Skiing with back pain is unpleasant and not recommended.

+Nino and all the staff were amazing. The place feels very cozy with a warm atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast were good. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to the lift. Sanco is a very good value for money.
