“Very average”
+location, staff, room cleaning. Gardens and views were beautiful.
−We found the hotel a little dated, there was a large dog roaming the hotel, although we was a beautiful animal and i like dogs we was allowed in the breakfast and dining area when customers were eating. The heating system in our room was very poor along with drafts from the window, the room was cold.

“Poor staff service let down a good hotel”
+The room was a great size and fantastic shower. Location is superb to go into Sneem. Hotel is set in amazing grounds
−My cooked breakfast was served cold and staff didn't seem bothered. My wife got an electric shock from the hairdryer in the room which was reported to reception who seemed uninterested and didn't offer an apology or ask how my wife was.
